walks starts just off the A595 at Bothel by a lane / bridleway
that leads steadily upwards.

The path maintains
its gentle ascent between arable fields to the right and boundary fences to the
left - here looking up to the ridge ahead

Watch Hill and Setmurthy Common
..
..a stroll on grass so simple that boots are incongruous
footwear for it and bear feet appropriate (AW)
